Dr J stepped down my pain killers. WTF!! Today has been really tough. I am in total freakin' agony. I get 4 pain killers every 24 hours. I took one at 10am then lasted all day (my friend came over and that helped take my mind off it) till now, when I downed 2 like a junkie. Damn it, only have 1 to get through the night.
Tomorrow I go back to the back doc for another treatment. Can't come soon enough.

It will be great to be preggers and not in pain. That will be groovy.

thats all i got. sorry guys.

  2. I don't know if it will give you any relief but my fave position with my herniation was on all 4s with my back flat ( like a table). I used it whenever the pain was intolerable. I'm hoping you get some resolution soon! Thinking of you!

  5. Hi EB -- just a note to say I'm thinking of you. I don't really have much else, just wishing, hoping that you can get some relief from this back awfulness and enjoy the tiny baby dots. Love,

  7. Hey hon, hope your back doc was able to help you today! Thinking of you as you are suffering with this pain - I just heard on Dr. Oz that you should try B12 for sciatic pain, maybe you should ask your doc?

  8. Who the hell is commenter #2 (anonymous)? Shithead.

Okay, you need more meds. Or something. How can you function if you're in so much pain? I hope they can get a handle on all of this soon so you can manage your way through the pregnancy. (Childbirth is going to seem like a tiptoe through the tulips after this).

  10. Find a dr that can treat you with pain meds.. gah. I HATE it when people think they know your pain. Thats just stoopid to hurt like that.
Also try laying on the floor against a doorjam.. put one leg up the wall and keep the other one straight and thru the doorway area. Try to make a 90 degree angle with your legs. That pulls the best stretch on lower back. Also see if you can get in water therapy. Been there, done that, doing it again.
Be good to all of you : )
